Privacy Policy

AetherBridgeTech collects personal data necessary for the execution of web development, automation, and consulting services. This includes: name, email address, phone number, project specifications, and billing information. We collect this data directly through our contact forms, email communications, and service agreements.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): (a) Performance of a contract when you engage our services; (b) Consent when you subscribe to communications; (c) Legitimate interest in improving our services and maintaining business records.
3. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for 5 years after project completion to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Spanish law. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
4. Data Sharing
AetherBridgeTech does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with: payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing; cloud infrastructure providers for service delivery; and legal authorities when required by law. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements ensuring GDPR compliance.
5. International Transfers
Data may be transferred to servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, AetherBridgeTech ensures adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions as required by GDPR Chapter V.

Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery
AetherBridgeTech provides custom web development, automation, and consulting services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and deliverables completed.
2. Pre-Project Deposits
Initial deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced. Deposits secure project scheduling and resource allocation. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 14 business days.
3. Milestone-Based Refunds
For projects structured around milestones, refunds may be issued for completed milestones only if the deliverables do not meet the specifications agreed upon in the project scope. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of milestone delivery.
4. Subscription Services
For ongoing maintenance or subscription-based services, refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the billing period. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. AetherBridgeTech reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees for refunds initiated by the client without cause.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds should be directed to [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Toledo, Spain.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by AetherBridgeTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Service Description
AetherBridgeTech provides custom web development, workflow automation, API integration, cloud infrastructure, and related consulting services. All services are delivered as described in individual project proposals and statements of work.
3. Project Scope
Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) that defines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables transfer to the client. AetherBridgeTech retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary code patterns developed during the project.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
7. Limitation of Liability
AetherBridgeTech's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables and source code are transferred to the client.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Toledo, Spain.
